$215 – 2500 to 3500 square feet • Approximately 35-55 Images • Appropriate for a 3-4 Bedroom home with basement or unique elements you want to feature
$235 – 3500 to 5000 square feet • Approximately 55-75 Images • Appropriate for a 4-5 Bedroom home with large Basement with multiple rooms and significant outdoor living area

ZILLOW 3D HOME VIRTUAL TOUR
Similar to Matterport technology, Zillow 3DHome Tours allow your viewers to walk through a home using any device. Located within Zillow, any listing with a 3D Home Tour has priority ranking for 7 days and is tagged with a 3DTOUR tag on the search map. Homes with 3D Home tours sold, on average, 10% faster than listings without! And Buyers saved homes with 3DHome tours on average 50% more often than other listings.

DRONE PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO
$265 – Photos Only. A Drone can get above your property to showcase all the best angles from the sky. Whether it’s large acreage, a huge swimming pool or amazing neighborhood view, we’ll fly high and grab up to 5-10 hi-res images.
$345 – Maybe still images just can’t capture the beauty or vastness of the property. This option adds video along your stills to grab the buyer’s attention. Video can be added to interior videos if requested. Branded video included.
FULL PROPERTY VIDEO
An edited video showcasing the entire property. Includes interior and exterior (weather permitting). As a Zillow Certified Photographer, I can upload a video to the Zillow platform to showcase the property with a walkthrough video.
$275 – 2- to 3-minute video
$355 – 3- to 4-minute video showcasing the entire property. Includes exterior, interior (weather and location permitting).
Drone footage can be added upon request.
CUSTOM PROPERTY WEBSITE

Terms of Service
- Above prices are for Real Estate Agents only. Homeowners, Builders, Interior Designers and other Professionals please inquire for pricing.
- Turnaround time is 48 hours starting at 5 pm the day of the photo shoot. Although you may get your photos back in less time I cannot guarantee it. If you have a situation that requires a quicker turn around time, please request express service at the time of scheduling for an additional fee of $50.
- It is the Realtor and/or home owner’s responsibility to have the home in photo ready condition prior to the photographer arriving. I may make minor adjustments to improve the shot, but I cannot move furniture or make significant changes, clean the home, etc. Be sure to read the Home Preparation Checklist several days prior to your shoot to make sure you are ready to capture the best photos possible.
- Please make any special requests before the shoot begins, including specific shots, angles and the like. Otherwise I will shoot the home based on experience, the home’s condition, lighting and other factors to get the best possible shots.
- Images, Videos and Property pages will be delivered via email or download link.
- TERMS OF USE Property Photographs, Videos, 3D tours or other services provided by Nora Best Photography are licensed to the Realtor for the time the property is under their contract or 1 year, for the purposes of selling the property. Photographs, Video or 3D tour or other services rendered cannot be transferred to another Real Estate Agent, Builder, Interior Designer, Homeowner or other party without explicit permission of Nora Best Photography.
